We worked with Agnes and her team and were very happy with their services. They are one of the most professional groups I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, accurate, attentive, and timely, always maintaining a positive attitude while addressing concerns and solving the unpredictable problems that can arise (which, unfortunately, is not uncommon). I generally have a hard time trusting service providers and tend to check and double-check everything myself. However, with Agnes, this was hardly necessary. She was on top of every detail and handled everything with the highest level of professionalism — from the initial house search to the legal paperwork. They also go above and beyond their formal responsibilities whenever possible. We just bought an apartment in Madrid while living full-time in the United States. We never thought we were going to pull this off. How are we supposed to buy property in a different country while living abroad? Plus the thought of having to navigate the Spanish bureaucracy didn't sound fun. Fortunately, we met Agnes. Amazing end-to-end experience! Zero friction, zero stress, and zero surprises. Her responsiveness was incredible, her attention to detail unmatched, and she consistently went above and beyond what we expected. Moving from the US to Spain would have been difficult and risky had we not made the smartest decision of all: hiring Agnes Property Buyers Madrid.  From the early stages trying to understand the property market, what was available and what we wanted, though sorting through the hundreds of possible places, and then when we chose one, having all the due diligence done by a trusted professional, and finally leading us through the purchase- Agnes and her team were always responsive, helpful and went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our dream home. Agnes was highly recommended to us by an immigration lawyer when we needed to buy a property in Madrid in just 3 weeks!  She surpassed all our expectations and was extremely thorough and efficient. Agnes handled everything: she arranged a technical survey, negotiated the purchase price, checked all the documents and organised and attended at the notary office - we simply could not have done it without her.  Nothing seemed too much trouble for Agnes, who was always instantly available to help when needed and always very generous with her time.  After the sale, she then switched the utilities bills and sorted everything out, before passing us on to Dani who has also been fantastic.  He found and met builders and architects with us for the renovation of the flat, arranged insurance and has gone to great trouble to help us with it all. My experience with Agnes and her partner Dani has been nothing short of extraordinary. Searching for and purchasing a new home in itself is a challenging endevor but doing it in a foreign country takes that process to a whole new level. In short, there's a lot to learn and I am so grateful I had Agnes and Dani at my side to guide me through the many twists and turns and avoid certain pitfalls that I easily could have fallen victim to. Agnes' knowledge of the Madrid property market (and related bureaucracy) and how it functions is invaluable.  With Agnes' guidance, patience and genuine interest in addressing my needs and circumstances we were able to find and purchase a property I'm more than happy with. Last but not least, Agnes and Dani are super cool people and a real joy to work with. They understand how imporatant this is to you and the anxiety that comes with it. My husband and I recently bought our first home in Madrid, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without Agnes’s help. Due to the complexities of Spanish inheritance and tax laws, the process turned out to be more intricate and time-consuming than expected. However, Agnes guided us every step of the way. She negotiated a fair price, addressed every one of our many questions, and structured the transaction so that everyone involved walked away happy. When something was outside her scope (which was rare), Agnes connected us with her network of trusted professionals—tax lawyers, mortgage brokers, notaries, and more—each of whom proved just as dependable and professional as she is. This network was invaluable to us and ensured that we had all the right documentation at the right time. I honestly can’t imagine navigating this process without Agnes by our side. Contacté a Agnes para buscar un piso en Madrid, con unas características un poco especiales. Pensé que el hecho de vivir fuera de Espana iba a hacer la tarea difícil, pero con Agnes todo ha ido sobre ruedas. La comunicación ha sido muy fácil y ella es profesional y eficiente a más no poder. Siempre orientada a buscar soluciones y a adelantarse a posibles problemas. En todo momento mantiene la calma y además es encantadora. Estoy feliz de haber trabajado con ella y con Dani. I can't say enough about how helpful Agnes was for us during our home-buying process. We were buying a first home outside of our home countries so there was a lot we didn't know and Agnes made it all seamless. She was very responsive and diligent in following up with the seller to ensure we had all of the necessary information. She translated heaps of information from Spanish to English, then further to digestible and understandable meanings. I don't know how we would have navigated the process without her. Agnes and her husband Daniel are both genuinly nice and commited people. Without them it would have been more expensive, risky and very stressful to go through all the difficulties of buying a property in a country with which we were not familiar. You can truly count on them. And they are genuinly generous and good hearted.
