I moved to Madrid with my family when I was very young and grew up here. Although I later lived and worked in several cities across three continents, Madrid has always remained home.
My professional relationship with Madrid’s property market began as a private investor, so I experienced the buying process from the same side as our clients do today.
I quickly realised how complex and time-consuming buying a property can be, and the difference it makes to have a professional exclusively representing the buyer’s interests.
That’s what led me to become a buyer’s agent in 2018.
From buyer’s agent to buying team
What started as a one-person service has evolved over the years.
As the number and complexity of our searches grew, I realised that the best way to give each client the attention and expertise they need wasn’t for one person to try to do everything. It was to build a small team in which each of us could take responsibility for different parts of the buying process.

Meet the team
Today, I work alongside Matthew and Daniel. We work together throughout your purchase, but each of us has a particular role — so you always have the right person focused on the right part of the process.
Agnes Csomos
I’ll be the first person you speak to. I conduct the initial consultation, help you define your requirements, budget and buying strategy, and remain available to advise you throughout the process. I also take care of the negotiation, due diligence and contracts, and personally accompany you through to completion at the notary.
Once the right property is found, she takes the lead again on negotiation, due diligence, contracts and closing, coordinating the different professionals involved and representing your interests through to completion.
Matthew Leckey
Originally from San Francisco, Matthew has lived in Madrid for almost a decade and brings over ten years of experience as a Realtor in the San Francisco Bay Area property market.
Matthew leads the active property search. He searches both on and off market, filters opportunities, communicates with agents and owners, conducts viewings and prepares detailed reports and videos. During the search, he is your main point of contact for everything relating to the properties we are considering.
Daniel Alonso
With a professional background in land surveying and major civil engineering projects, Daniel brings a practical and technical perspective to the team.
During the search, he can provide preliminary guidance on a property's condition, renovation potential and likely costs.
After purchase, he supports clients who choose to renovate, drawing on four years of experience helping our clients with renovations and an established network of contractors and suppliers. The formal technical due is carried out by an independent qualified professional.
